– urban planning justifications for amendments to the territorial planning scheme of the Russian Federation in the field of transport of the Kingisepp Municipal District of the Leningrad Region,
– urban plans and zoning documents for the cities of Uray, Tskhinvali, Leningor, and Znaur,
– urban planning justification for amendments to the urban plan and zoning document of St. Petersburg in relation to the territories of the Lakhta multifunctional high-rise complexes and Kamenka in the Primorsky District,
– planning documentation for Bronka international marine transshipment complex, a residential area in the village of Shushary, the Pushkinskaya industrial zone in St. Petersburg, Vladivostok’s satellite city; Pionersky Prospekt in the Anapa city; a hotel complex in Gelendzhik city ; the Lagonaki mountain eco-resort in the Republic of Adygea; the Kudepsta microdistrict in the Sochi city; the Moglino industrial-production special economic zone in the Pskov region; the industrial and logistics terminals of the Ust-Luga seaport in the Vistinsky district of the Leningrad region; the Arkhyz special economic zone for tourism and recreation in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic; and urban embankments in Gelendzhik and Tuapse.

Since 2025, teaching at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in the Department of Urban Planning, the courses "Territorial Planning and Urban Design" and "Information Technologies in Urban Planning".
