This type of work is based on ideas of spatial development of both cities in general and separate elements of urban environment using innovative urban planning solutions and creativity of authors.

The basis of the concept composition is the main pedestrian axis connecting the territory with a ground pedestrian crossing. Hotel buildings adjoin the pedestrian axis located in steps on the terrain from which overview of the Black Sea opens up.
