Each project of NII PG is unique. The concept is based on considered territory characteristics. The focus is not on just formal adherence to norms, but on an idea that forms a unique image and strategy for project implementation.
Sustainable development

We focus on an integrated and sustainable development of territory in the long term according to the principles of creature of safe and favourable conditions for human life, decrease of an adverse impact of economic and other activities on an environment, as well as protection and rational use of natural resources in the interests of future generation.
Technology

We use the most advanced information technology and design systems. Preparation of documents in digital form is a basis for management of innovative planning of territory development, creation of design objects and their further exploitation.
Innovation

Comprehensive solutions using agglomeration, ecology-oriented and cluster methods of territory development as well as modern information systems for urban planning activities form a unique innovative approach to each project.

Research and Development

The Institute fulfills theoretical and experimental works in the area of urban territory development. Scientifically grounded proposals based on a system analysis with regard to a considered territory characteristics are implemented in documents of territorial planning and urban development zoning. During the last few years 46 R&D works have been carried out by Institute’s specialists.
