Research and Development
The Institute fulfills theoretical and experimental works in the area of urban territory development. Scientifically grounded proposals based on a system analysis with regard to a considered territory characteristics are implemented in documents of territorial planning and urban development zoning. During the last few years 46 R&D works have been carried out by Institute’s specialists.

The project was developed on the basis of a municipal contract for R&D and determines the main directions for the sustainable development of the Tuapse urban settlement until 2043.

Changes to the master plan of the resort city of Gelendzhik were developed on the basis of a municipal contract for research work. January 14, 2022 the master plan was approved by a majority vote of the deputies of the Duma.
