Development of land-use planning schemes of constituent entities and municipal units of the Russian Federation is focused on the principles of creature of safe and favourable conditions for human life, decrease of an adverse impact of economic and other activities on an environment, as well as protection and rational use of natural resources in the interests of future generation.

The project was prepared on the basis of a request Department for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Krasnodar Region in accordance with the Contract.
