Rules for land use and development of Krasnodar approved

Amendments to the land use and development rules of the Krasnodat city have been approved in accordance with the new master plan.

The document was approved by the deputies at a regular meeting.

The work included three stages:

I — development of a map of urban planning zoning, city planning regulations, information about the boundaries of territorial zones. Coordination of the project with the Customer. Correction according to the comments of the Customer. Preparation of a project for public discussion;

II — public discussion;

III — graphical description of the location of the territorial zones boundaries was sent to the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
