YugBuild is one of the largest construction-related exhibitions in the South of Russia.
The visitors of the YugBuild exhibition are managers and specialists of construction organizations, trade enterprises, architects and designers. At the exhibition, participants and visitors can hold direct negotiations with decision makers in a short time, discuss prospects for cooperation and conclude profitable contracts.
The head of the Krasnodar Region Veniamin Kondratiev attended the grand opening of the exhibition and, together with Pavel Spirin walked around the exposition of architectural and urban planning projects as part of the annual International Festival "Architecture Days". The festival program includes presentations of the best architectural projects, discussion of the current agenda of the architectural and construction industry.
NII PG exposition included such projects as master plans for the cities of Sochi, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Severodvinsk and concepts.

Pavel Spirin explained the role of digital technologies on the example of the Institute's rich experience in the development of urban planning documentation throughout the country. Among the advantages of digital urban planning documents, one can distinguish such as automation of analytical processes, data structuring, reduction of time and labor costs, the ability to integrate into management systems at all levels.
