На очередном градсовете под председательством мэра Анапы Василия Швеца обсудили проекты комплексного развития территории (КРТ). В заседании также участвовали директор НИИ ПГ Павел Спирин, заместитель директора Ирина Попова, спикер местного парламента Леонид Красноруцкий, главный архитектор края Илья Поздняков, экологи и общественники.
В настоящее время город-курорт является лидером в регионе по работе в данном направлении, три договора КРТ уже подписаны, до конца 2023 г. планируется заключить еще семь договоров. Согласно договору между мэрией и инвестором, застройщик, планирующий возводить новый жилой микрорайон, обязан обеспечить его необходимой инфраструктурой. Начиная от школ, детских садов, медучреждений и заканчивая парковками и скверами.
«Принятый Генплан позволяет нам двигаться по пути сбалансированного, гармоничного и комфортного развития города. Благодаря решениям губернатора градостроительная политика в регионе, и, в частности, в Анапе изменилась, теперь строительство многоквартирного жилья должно сопровождаться созданием всей необходимой социальной, инженерной и транспортной инфраструктуры. Мы будем и дальше идти только по такому созидательному пути с учетом интересов наших жителей»,— отметил мэр курорта.
НИИ ПГ представил проект планировки и проект межевания территории, ограниченной шоссе Анапское, ул. Мирная, планируемой объездной дорогой. Территория составляет 93 га и предусматривает две школы на 3425 мест, два объекта допобразования на 3 тыс. учеников, 10 детсадов на 2 тыс. детей и новую поликлинику с пропускной способностью 400 пациентов в сутки. Также в жилом микрорайоне обустроят парк, два сквера и просторные пешеходные улицы. Основополагающим принципом в разработке планировочной структуры проектируемой территории стала необходимость обеспечения условий динамического градостроительного развития города-курорта Анапа.
В ходе градсовета проект одобрили общественники, отметив, что новые соцобъекты обеспечат потребности не только жителей будущих ЖК, но и значительной части населения Анапы.
