April 19, 2024, at the General Meeting of Members of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAACS) in the Central House of Architects, the NII PG Pavel Spirin was elected an academician of the RAACS.
The staff of the Institute congratulates the youngest academician on his election and wishes to continue to realize his personal and professional potential, to feel the support of colleagues, family and friends.

Pavel Spirin is Candidate of Geographical Sciences. Member of the Union of Architects of Russia. Member of the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the areas: “Construction, housing and communal services, urban environment” and “Small and medium-sized enterprises”. Author of more than 100 scientific and design works in the field of urban development. Author of more than 70 scientific publications.
Awards: gold medal of the RAACS for the master plan of Anapa, diploma of the Federal Forestry Agency, medal for outstanding contribution to the development of the resort city of Anapa, medal and certificate of honor for a significant contribution to the development of the resort city of Sochi, diplomas of the RAACS, the Union of Architects of Russia, NOPRIZ and the Russian Union of Builders, medal of the State Statistics Committee of Russia.
