Amendments to the master plan were approved on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Leningrad region No. 496 dated August 3, 2021.
Master plan was developed in the form of an updated version of the master plan.
The goal of the project is to create an effective tool for managing the development of the territory of a municipal unit in accordance with federal and regional legislation, ensuring sustainable development of the territory, creating favorable conditions for the life of the population.
The main objectives of the project:
• development of a long-term strategy and determination of the stages of development of the territory taking into account the resource potential;
• development of measures for territorial planning;
• development of proposals for the placement of objects of local significance of the settlement;
• taking into account the proposals of local authorities, interested individuals and legal entities on amendments to the master plan;
• taking into account the interests of the Russian Federation, the Leningrad region and the Lomonosov municipal district on the placement of planned objects of federal significance, objects of regional significance, objects of local significance of the municipal district on the territory of a rural settlement;
• identification of lands and land plots not used for their intended purpose and land plots, the cadastral value of which can be increased by urban planning measures;
• preparation of an electronic version of changes to the master plan for agreement with the authorized government bodies.
