1-4 March 2022, the annual exhibition of finishing and building materials, engineering equipment and architectural design, YugBuild, was held in the Krasnodar city, Russia.
More than 8 thousand visitors from the South of Russia, including representatives from trade organizations, construction companies, foremen and crafts people, architects and designers, attend the YugBuild annually to find a new product or a new supplier.

Deputy Director for Design Projects Irina Grishechkina told about concept for the development of the territory in the north-eastern part of the Krasnodar city, Russia. The concept of the projected territory of 3000 hectares involves the development of a new public center of Krasnodar with a high level of improvement, taking into account the accommodation of a population of at least 320 thousand people.

Chief acrhitect Danil Mareev and Karina Bronnikova (chief achitect of the Anapa city) presented one more important project — Concept of the development of the Pionersky prospect in Anapa/ the Krasnodar region/ Russia. Pionersky prospect is the central street in the resort city of Anapa, 10.4 km long. The main goal is to create a favorable resort environment through the development, transformation and improvement of the quality indicators of the existing building.
