The master plan of the Armavir city determines the plan for the development of the city until 2040. The master plan is based on the following strategic goals:

- improving the quality and accessibility of medical care.
- maintaining leadership positions in the food and metallurgical industries;
- introduction of innovative technologies in production processes;
- creation of a modern highly efficient agro-industrial complex;
- development of tourist and recreational potential;
- creation of recreation and tourism infrastructure.
