Одну из самых длинных курортных улиц России — Пионерский проспект ждут масштабные изменения. 16 февраля на заседании общественного градостроительного совета под председательством мэра Анапы Василия Швеца вместе с местными архитекторами, экологами, депутатами Совета, активистами-общественниками обсудили концепцию развития Пионерского проспекта.
Это будет крупнейший в стране проект архитектурно-градостроительного развития курортной территории: ее площадь составляет около 1600 гектаров.
Вдоль проспекта планируется создать всесезонные точки притяжения, новые зеленые зоны, культурные и социальные объекты. Особое внимание специалисты НИИ ПГ уделили маршруту единой пешеходной сети протяженностью 12 километров, которая объединит все выходы к побережью.
Не остались в стороне главные проблемы курортной магистрали – инженерная инфраструктура и парковочное пространство. В ходе реконструкции предусмотрены централизованное водоотведение, модернизация систем электро-, тепло- и газоснабжения. Вдоль проспекта появятся многоуровневые парковки, а на Симферопольском шоссе – вместительная перехватывающая стоянка. Также проектом предусмотрены велодорожки.
Василий Швец подчеркнул, что подробный проект реконструкции Пионерского проспекта, встроенный в утвержденный генплан, – это важнейший этап борьбы с хаотичной застройкой и устаревшей инфраструктурой. Предложенные решения позволят создать в Анапе современную комфортную городскую и туристическую среду, соответствующую международным стандартам.
Также на заседании градостроительного совета обсудили утверждение границ туристического центра Анапы. Это — необходимое условия для подачи заявки на получение средств из федерального бюджета. Об этом рассказала главный архитектор города-курорта Карина Бронникова.
Предложенный проект решено подкорректировать, чтобы в границы вошло как можно больше привлекательных для туристов мест Анапы. В случае победы на конкурсе полученные деньги пойдут на благоустройство. Подводя итоги заседания градостроительного совета, Василий Швец отметил — впереди много работы, но направление выбрано верное.
Замечания и идеи членов градсовета будут учтены в предстоящей работе.
