YugBuild 2025 has become the 35th anniversary. This is one of the largest events of the construction industry in the south of Russia, which was attended by more than 250 companies from Russia, Turkey and the Republic of Belarus.
As part of the business program, P. Spirin made a presentation on the role of territorial planning documentation in urban planning regulation, in which he highlighted current problems in the field of construction and the importance of urban planning documentation in the development of territories.
NII PG presented an exhibition with an area of 33 m2, demonstrating the extensive geography of urban planning projects:
- The master plans of the Sochi, Novorossiysk, Vladivostok satellite city, of the territory in Kayakentsky and Derbentsky districts of the Republic of Dagestan, Anapa, Gelendzhik
- Territorial planning scheme of the Krasnodar Territory
- A single document of territorial planning and urban zoning of the Krasnodar
- Draft amendments to the territorial planning scheme of the Arkhangelsk region
- Draft amendments to the territorial planning scheme of the Altai Republic
- Architectural and urban planning concept of the territory of the hotel complex in Kabardinka village.
NII PG was awarded GRAND PRIX "GOLDEN CUBE" in the field of architecture and urban planning for the project "Unified document of territorial planning and urban zoning of the Krasnodar municipality".
