The territory has a unique economic potential, amazingly picturesque, fascinating nature and rich history.
The design area is 1630 hectares, near which there are two priority development sites, a developed transport framework will provide convenient connection of the territory with the infrastructure of the Vladivostok agglomeration.
Within the boundaries of the production sites, it is planned to create more than 6,000 new jobs, which will create favorable conditions for attracting leading specialists in the field and employment opportunities for students of specialized educational institutions of the new city.
