The unified document of territorial planning and urban zoning of the Krasnodar city is being developed within the framework of a municipal contract between the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the administration of Krasnodar and NII PG.
The unified document will combine the master plan of Krasnodar with urban zoning maps, urban planning regulations in relation to land plots and capital construction projects, the procedure for their application, as well as amendments to them.
The main goal is a comprehensive estimation of the territory state, the socio-economic and spatial analysis of the territory, identifying the main problems and developing basic proposals for the development of Krasnodar.
In order to study public opinion on the urban planning situation of Krasnodar, surveys and analysis of city media, Internet resources, and social networks were conducted. The main value for Krasnodar residents is the quality of the urban environment, environmental conditions, transport and housing infrastructure. Most respondents note a high level of development in the sphere of communications and information technology, culture and leisure, the agricultural sector, physical culture and sports. According to the survey results, more than half of respondents note that they feel comfortable living and working in the city.
However, priority development on the territory requires ecology, transport infrastructure, urban environment and public areas. It is necessary to increase the number of socio-cultural facilities (including healthcare, education, sports facilities), as well as the development of tourism infrastructure.
