The Saratov Region Ministry of Construction's Department of Urban Development and Architecture discussed the Unified Territorial Planning Document for the city of Saratov.

The meeting was attended by district architects from the Saratov administration, Irina Grishechkina, NII PG Deputy Director for Design Work, Olga Churilova, Deputy Chair of the Saratov Architecture Committee, employees of relevant departments of the Saratov administration and the Gagarinsky Administrative District Department, and specialists from the Department of Urban Development and Architecture.

During the latest discussion, the functional and territorial zoning of the city's territory was examined in detail.

Much attention is being paid to the development of the Gagarinsky District.

The planned boundaries of the Saratov settlement were also examined in detail, taking into account the amendments to Articles 21 and 25 of the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation regarding the specifics of the use and inclusion of agricultural land within the settlement boundaries.
