To mark the 70th anniversary of Builder's Day, a ceremony was held at the G. Derzhavin Estate Museum to present diplomas and awards to specialists in the St. Petersburg construction industry.

As part of the ceremony, NII PG was recognized as a Laureate of the 22nd All-Russian Competition for the Best Design Organization based on its performance in 2025 and awarded a First-Degree Diploma.
The Competition is organized annually by the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Utilities of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Builders, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and other organizations. The goal of the Competition is to identify and reward the best design and construction organizations that demonstrate high professional results.
"For our institute, participation in the All-Russian Competition for the Best Design Organization is not only an opportunity to present the results of our work. For us, this award is recognition of our achievements and, at the same time, an incentive for further development, the implementation of new projects, and the search for modern solutions in urban development. I thank the competition organizers for their high appreciation of our work, and my colleagues for their professionalism, responsible approach to work, and contribution to the development of urban development," – noted Pavel Spirin, NII PG Director.
