В Управлении градорегулирования и архитектуры министерства строительства Саратовской области прошло обсуждение проекта Единого документа города Энгельса, разрабатываемого НИИ ПГ, с участием профессионального сообщества. Заседание возглавил главный архитектор области Анастасия Пузанова.

В мероприятии приняли участие архитекторы, члены Градостроительного совета Энгельса, представители администрации района и специалисты управления градорегулирования. Эксперты предложили развивать город путем улучшения транспортной и коммунальной инфраструктуры, а также модернизации жилой застройки с использованием механизма комплексного развития территорий.

Кроме того, были высказаны замечания к требованиям архитектурно-градостроительного облика новых и реконструируемых зданий, а также к текстовой части Правил землепользования и застройки.

Директор НИИ ПГ Павел Спирин отметил: «Мы стремимся создать документ, который будет учитывать мнения и предложения всех заинтересованных сторон, чтобы город развивался гармонично и устойчиво».

Все замечания и предложения будут проработаны совместно с специалистами НИИ ПГ и учтены в проекте до начала общественных обсуждений.
